Sulam Teen Programs Online Registration Guide

We are so excited to welcome your child(ren)to Sulam Teen Programs at Temple Sinai of Roslyn. 

If you are not a member of Temple Sinai, please contact our Director of Youth Engagement Lauren "Lulu" Belferder at lbelferder@mysinai.org to learn more about our programs and to begin the registration process.

If you are a returning family, you must log-into your ShulCloud account in order to enroll your child(ren). This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process. 

How to Log Into Your ShulCloud Account

At the top right corner of the Temple Sinai website (mysinai.org), click on the Login button.


Enter your Email Address and Password.
Click Sign In.

You will now be logged into your ShulCloud account and can register your child(ren) for Teen Programs.

How to Reset Your ShulCloud Password

At the top right corner of the Temple Sinai website (mysinai.org), click on the Login button.


Click Forgot Password.


Enter your email address.
Click Email Password.

You will then be sent an email from Temple Sinai. Open the email and click the Login Link.

Enter a new password, then enter it again.
Click Save Password

You will now be logged into your ShulCloud account and can register your child(ren) for Teen Programs.

How to Register For Temple Sinai Sulam Teen Programs

Click on the My Account tab.


Click on the Start School Enrollment tab.


You will see dropdown menu where you will select 2022-23 Sulam Teen Programs.


You will see a listing for each of your children. In the dropdown menu under his or her name, choose either "Enroll as Temple Sinai Member" or "Enroll as Non-Member" 

Once you make that selection, the complete list of Teen Programs will appear.


Choose all the programs in which your child will be enrolled. If you are enrolling more than one child, you will be able to do so on the same page. Simply scroll down past the choices for child #1; you will see the name(s) of your other children. Select either "Enroll as Temple Sinai Member" or "Enroll as Non-Member" for the other children you wish to enroll. When you have made all of your selections,  click continue at the bottom left corner of the page.


Complete the Enrollment Form on the next page.


You will see the deposit due near the bottom of the page.
Click Continue to Deposit at the bottom left corner of the page.


You will then be taken to the Online Payment page where you can pay your deposit via
credit card or e-check. An Administrator will be in touch with you via email once your
child(ren)'s Teen Program enrollment has been confirmed.

How to Make an Account Payment or Pay Your Tuition Balance

Click on the My Account tab.


Click on the My Transactions tab.


At the top of the next page, you will see your current account balance.


To pay your current account balance m click on Submit A Payment.


You will then be taken to the Online Payments page.

Choose Payment is for account balance.
Enter the payment amount.
Click on the Pay this amount dropdown and chose to either make one payment or set up
a recurring payment. If you choose recurring payment, select the number of months over which
you want to split the payments.

Click Continue to Payment.


On the Confirm Payment page you will see the amount of the payment being made.
If you have a credit card on file, select the card, hit Confirm and Continue at the bottom of the page,
and your payment will be processed.

If you do not have a card on file or want to pay by e-check, select New Online Payment and make
your selection.

Click the Confirm and Continue button.

Enter your credit card or bank information and click Pay Now.


You will receive an electronic receipt for your payment via email.
